Call center workforce management features
Orbit connects the employee record with scheduled work, attendance, leave, performance, incentives, and monthly payroll review. Explore the eight implemented modules and the work each one supports.
A CONNECTED WORKDAY
From a person on the roster to a reviewed month.
Start with employee and organization records. Assign weekly shifts, record clock-in and breaks, then manage leave in the same workspace. Attendance and configured KPI rules provide performance context for the monthly incentive and payroll review.
This is the people and working-day layer for call centers and BPOs. Orbit does not forecast demand, route calls, or connect to a telephony platform.
Orbit gives HR and operations teams a searchable employee directory connected to each person’s employment details, organization placement, qualifications, documents, and portal access. It is the starting record for the shifts and reviews that follow.
Orbit connects departments, positions, teams, and reporting relationships so a call center or BPO can see who belongs where. The organization chart makes the structure visible; assignment controls keep it current as responsibilities change.
Orbit lets managers set recurring weekly shifts with effective dates and planned breaks. Team schedules provide a planning view, while each employee can check the shifts assigned to them.
Orbit records the working day from clock-in to clock-out, including breaks and an active-shift view. Employees can review their history, while managers can inspect recorded time alongside scheduled work.
Orbit brings leave balances, policy, requests, and decisions into the same workforce workspace. Employees see what is available and what they have requested; linked direct managers review requests from the people who report to them.
Orbit makes the measures behind a performance score inspectable. Administrators configure KPI definitions, position-specific weights, scoring bands, and incentive caps; managers review team results and employees see their own performance.
Orbit connects the monthly payroll record to employee and performance context. Authorized administrators can process a period, inspect employee-level amounts, record paid status, and preview a salary slip.
Orbit gives each employee a personal view of their scheduled and recorded work. From the same account, they can check shifts, record attendance and breaks, request leave, inspect performance, and open paid salary slips.
